Who is eligible to receive services?
Individuals that is affected by mental and/or physical illness, are eligible for waivered services, and are referred by the County or another provider. Individuals in need of Basic and Intensive Supportive Services, and Housing Placement.
What kind of waivers do you accept?
We accept Cadi, DD, BI, and CAC waivers.

How are staff screened and trained?
Direct Support Specialist are interviewed in person and then we conduct a thorough reference check. Next, backgrounds are processed through DHS Netstudy 2.0 with fingerprints. During new staff orientation intense training is performed on all Policies and Procedures, OSHA Health and Safety, CPR, Positive Supports, First Aid, Medication Administration, Crisis Response and Clients’ Care Plan. It is mandatory to complete all new hire training before any direct support services are performed. A Lead House Specialist is available on site or by phone to manage, support, and assist Direct Support Specialist until he/she feels confident to work alone with client. Ongoing managing, support, and assistance is available to both client and Direct Support Specialist while client is receiving services. If a staff violate any part of the job description the issue is immediately addressed and staff are re-trained as needed or terminated in some cases.
